WOMEN CONCLAVE – INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD
It was an absolute honour to be invited as a Guest Speaker for the Women Conclave organised by V.S.B. Engineering College, Karur, on the occasion of International Day of the Girl Child (11th October 2025).
Speaking on Women Empowerment and Safety, I had the opportunity to interact with over 1000 enthusiastic girl students — future leaders who carry the spirit of courage, confidence, and change.
The discussions around empowerment, self-respect, and awareness of the POSH Act reminded us that true progress begins when every woman feels safe, respected, and valued — not just by law, but by culture and conscience.
Grateful to the management, faculty, and students of VSB Engineering College for hosting such an impactful event and for their dedication towards creating a stronger, safer society for women.
Because when a girl is empowered, a nation transforms.
